Windy days at Gaomei

Windy days at Gaomei

The Gaomei Wetlands are more precise a mud flats aria where I often spend time to balance rocks. Often its windy and the challenge of keep rocks in a balanced order quite big. Those days the wind is so strong its simply impossible, which made me look for alternatives.
Strong winds are not welcome by rock-balancers but land-artists may like to play with its characteristics, for me it was a great opportunity to work with sand. The wind creates small sand dunes and blur tracks away, perfect to create nice images of sand patterns.
I added sand-globes to all that natural beauty and when I returned home and went through all the images I was so pleased with what I saw that I returned the next day to continue this work. The conditions been quite uncomfortable, I had sand everywhere for days. Most troublesome in ears and eyes, but that's the price I am willing to pay!

Hope you enjoy the outcome as much as I do...
